All information we collect through our website is used solely to process transactions for commercial purposes. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) used to get in touch with you, when necessary, regarding your order. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) will be used only for billing purposes and are not stored.

RETURN POLICY: FREE & EASY RETURNS

At Create This! Event Favors & Gifts, we pride ourselves on quality products. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return the products to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original form and packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days calculated from the UPS delivery date.

If you need to return an item, please email us at Email@createthisevent.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You must post the RMA clearly on the outside of the return package or box. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less the original shipping charges. The original shipping fees are not refundable. We must receive the return within 10 days from the day the RMA number is issued. Please note that personalized products, perishable products, special order items, international orders, and sample favors are not returnable. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

If you received free promotional shipping on the products that you are returning, all returned items will be subject to the original shipping charge if the total final sale falls below the minimum order requirement for free shipping. So, your refund will include the amount you originally paid, minus the original shipping costs paid by Create This! Event Favors & Gifts. Orders that received free shipping will be charged for the shipping charges if the customer returns any portion of the purchase with causes the total amount to fall below the minimum order requirement for free shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are processed & filled within 1 business day of purchase. UPS Ground Shipping may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. UPS Next Day shipping and 3 Day Select shipping is available for faster arrival time.

Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination. UPS is our shipping carrier of choice. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address, such as apartment numbers, for correct delivery. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be received by the customer. If the package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt. In the event customer makes any alteration to shipping address after package has been scanned into the UPS system, Create This! Event Favors & Gifts is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer.

Backorders and Discontinued Items

Although we make every effort to keep our product selection current, occasionally a product may become discontinued or backordered without prior notice. If an item you have ordered becomes discontinued or backordered, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the product or to receive a full refund.
